The U.S. shipping information previously published on this page has been superseded by our current fulfillment and shipping arrangement.
Regional U.S. Fulfillment
Eligible orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse when the complete order is available there.
U.S. Domestic Shipping: $7.95 for eligible orders below $129.95, and free for eligible orders of $129.95 or more. Delivery is typically via USPS or UPS.
If every item in the order cannot be fulfilled from the U.S. warehouse, we generally fulfill the complete order from Shenzhen rather than split it across multiple warehouses.
Orders Fulfilled From Shenzhen
For Shenzhen-to-U.S. shipments, the shipping rate shown at checkout includes the applicable U.S. tariff component under the current shipping arrangement.
- Standard Shipping: $15 for orders below $129.95; $7 for orders of $129.95 or more. Standard Shipping is not available for every product.
- Express Shipping: $60 for orders up to $399.00; $30 for orders of $399.01 or more. Express Shipping is typically via DHL or FedEx.
Certain products require Express Shipping when fulfilled internationally from Shenzhen because of product size, battery configuration, carrier requirements, or destination-specific restrictions.
Available shipping methods, rates, fulfillment location, and delivery estimates for the specific products and destination are confirmed at checkout.
