Shipping policy
RovyVon ships from our Shenzhen warehouse and selected regional fulfillment locations. The fulfillment location for an order depends on the destination, selected product and variant, inventory availability, and the combination of products in the order.
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility, applicable tariff or duty treatment, and delivery estimates are calculated for the specific order and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Regional Fulfillment
When every item in an order is available at a regional fulfillment location serving the destination, the complete order may be fulfilled locally or regionally.
If the complete order cannot be fulfilled from that regional location, we generally fulfill the complete order from our Shenzhen warehouse rather than split the order across multiple warehouses.
United States Fulfillment
Eligible U.S. orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse using U.S. Domestic Shipping, typically via USPS or UPS.
For eligible orders fulfilled from the U.S. warehouse:
U.S. Domestic Shipping is $7.95 for orders below $129.95.
U.S. Domestic Shipping is free for orders of $129.95 or more.
Estimated transit time is approximately 5–8 business days.
If the complete order cannot be fulfilled from the U.S. warehouse, the order will generally be fulfilled from Shenzhen.
For orders fulfilled from Shenzhen to the United States, the shipping rate displayed at checkout includes the applicable U.S. tariff component under the current shipping arrangement.
Germany / EU Hub Fulfillment
Eligible orders may be fulfilled from our Germany fulfillment hub when the complete order is available there and the destination is within the current EU Hub service area.
Current EU Hub destination whitelist: Germany; Austria; Belgium; Bulgaria; Czech Republic; Croatia; Hungary; Luxembourg; Netherlands; Poland; Slovenia; Slovakia; Estonia; Spain; France; Greece; Ireland; Italy; Lithuania; Latvia; Monaco; Portugal; Romania; San Marino.
Germany: EU Fulfillment Shipping is $7.95 for orders below $99.95 and free for orders of $99.95 or more.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, and Slovakia: Europe Delivery is $9.95 for orders below $129.95 and free for orders of $129.95 or more.
Estonia, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, and San Marino: Europe Delivery is $12.95 for orders below $129.95 and free for orders of $129.95 or more.
Germany domestic estimated transit time is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times to other EU Hub destinations vary by destination and carrier conditions.
If the complete order cannot be fulfilled from the Germany hub, the order will generally be fulfilled from Shenzhen. Destinations not listed above are not currently served by the Germany hub.
Shipping From Shenzhen
For destinations where regional fulfillment is not available, or when the complete order cannot be fulfilled from a regional location, orders are generally shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is a tracked international service, typically via SF Express.
Estimated transit time is approximately 10–20 business days.
Standard Shipping is not available for every destination or every product.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is a priority international service, typically via DHL or FedEx.
Estimated transit time is approximately 5–8 business days.
Express Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination and order value. The applicable rate is shown at checkout.
United States Orders Shipped From Shenzhen
For orders fulfilled from Shenzhen to the United States:
Standard Shipping is $15 for orders below $129.95.
Standard Shipping is $7 for orders of $129.95 or more.
Express Shipping is $60 for orders up to $399.00.
Express Shipping is $30 for orders of $399.01 or more.
The displayed shipping rate includes the applicable U.S. tariff component under the current shipping arrangement.
Certain products may not be eligible for Standard Shipping and may require Express Shipping.
Products With Special Shipping Requirements
Certain products require Express Shipping when fulfilled internationally from Shenzhen because of product size, battery configuration, carrier requirements, or destination-specific restrictions.
When eligible inventory is available at a regional fulfillment location, local or regional delivery may be offered instead.
The shipping method available at checkout for the selected product variant and destination is the applicable method for that order.
Turkey
Orders to Turkey currently use Express Shipping.
Under the current shipping arrangement effective June 10, 2026, applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping arrangement so that no additional duties or taxes are expected upon delivery under that arrangement.
Orders placed before that date remain subject to the shipping and customs terms applicable at the time of purchase.
South Korea
A Personal Customs Clearance Code, or PCCC, may be required for customs clearance.
Please provide the required information where applicable.
Current shipping to South Korea is via Express Shipping.
United Kingdom
For some express shipments to the United Kingdom, DHL or FedEx may request additional customs, tax, identification, or billing information.
Please provide any information requested by the carrier where applicable.
Macao and Taiwan
Because of battery-shipping restrictions, available shipping methods to Macao and Taiwan are limited to compatible express services.
Current shipping rates and any applicable free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days according to the operating schedule of the applicable fulfillment location.
Orders fulfilled from Shenzhen may experience additional processing time during Chinese public holidays.
Orders fulfilled from regional warehouses may follow local holiday schedules.
Estimated transit times begin after the order has been dispatched and do not include order-processing time.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of destination, customs processing, carrier availability, local last-mile delivery, severe weather, transportation disruption, peak shipping periods, local regulations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The delivery estimate shown at checkout applies to the specific shipping method available for the order but should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.
Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
Taxes, duties, customs requirements, and import charges vary by destination and fulfillment location.
Where RovyVon collects or includes applicable charges, they will be shown at checkout or handled according to the destination-specific shipping arrangement.
Where such charges are not collected by RovyVon, local customs authorities or the carrier may collect applicable amounts before or upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for customs clearance.
RovyVon does not provide false, inaccurate, or artificially reduced customs values.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where supported by the selected shipping service.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created or after the package is transferred to the carrier.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If a change is required, contact cs@rovyvon.com as soon as possible.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, changing or redirecting the shipment may no longer be possible.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
Delayed, Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe there is a delivery issue, please contact us and we will help review the shipment.
For packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid recipient charges, missing customs information, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping or handling costs may apply before reshipment or may be reflected in any applicable refund where permitted by law.
Checkout Determines the Specific Order
Shipping methods, fulfillment location, shipping rates, free-shipping eligibility, tariff or duty treatment, and delivery estimates shown at checkout apply to the specific order being placed.
Because shipping availability may depend on the selected product variant, inventory location, destination, and the combination of items in the order, the checkout result takes precedence over general examples or estimates stated in this policy.
