Eligible U.S. orders may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse using U.S. Domestic Shipping, typically via USPS or UPS.

U.S. Domestic Shipping: $7.95 for orders below $129.95, and free for orders of $129.95 or more. Estimated transit is approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.

If the complete order cannot be fulfilled from the U.S. warehouse, the order will generally be fulfilled from Shenzhen rather than split across multiple warehouses.

For U.S. orders fulfilled from Shenzhen, Standard Shipping is $15 below $129.95 and $7 for orders of $129.95 or more. Express Shipping is $60 for orders up to $399.00 and $30 for orders of $399.01 or more. The displayed shipping rate includes the applicable U.S. tariff component under the current shipping arrangement. Certain products may require Express Shipping.

Germany

Eligible orders to Germany may be fulfilled from our Germany fulfillment hub using EU Fulfillment Shipping.

EU Fulfillment Shipping: $7.95 for orders below $99.95, and free for orders of $99.95 or more. Estimated transit is approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

If the complete order cannot be fulfilled from the Germany hub, the order will generally be fulfilled from Shenzhen.

Shipping From Shenzhen

For destinations where regional fulfillment is not available, or when the complete order cannot be fulfilled from a regional location, orders are generally shipped from Shenzhen.

Standard Shipping — typically SF Express
Estimated transit: approximately 10–20 business days where Standard Shipping is available.

Express Shipping — typically DHL or FedEx
Estimated transit: approximately 5–8 business days.

Rates, free-shipping eligibility, available methods, and destination-specific charges vary by order and are shown at checkout.

Whenever possible, we fulfill an order from a single warehouse.

If all items in your order are available at a regional warehouse serving your destination, the order may be fulfilled locally.

If only part of the order is available locally, we generally ship the complete order from Shenzhen instead of dividing it into multiple packages from different warehouses.

This means the fulfillment location may vary from one order to another, even when the delivery address is the same.

Orders are processed on business days according to the operating schedule of the fulfillment location.

Orders shipped from Shenzhen may experience additional processing time during Chinese public holidays. Regional warehouse fulfillment may follow local holiday schedules.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched and do not include order-processing time.

Delivery times shown on this page are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery may vary because of destination and region, customs processing, carrier availability, local last-mile delivery, severe weather or transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, and local regulations or shipping restrictions.

Taxes, duties, and import requirements vary by destination and fulfillment location.

Where applicable, taxes or duties collected by RovyVon will be shown at checkout or handled according to the current destination-specific shipping policy. If they are not collected by RovyVon, local customs authorities or the carrier may collect applicable charges before or upon delivery.

Customs declarations are completed in accordance with applicable customs and shipping requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing information required by local customs authorities or carriers.

United States

Eligible orders may use U.S. Domestic Shipping when the complete order is available at our U.S. warehouse. If the order is fulfilled from Shenzhen, the shipping rate displayed at checkout includes the applicable U.S. tariff component under the current shipping arrangement.

Turkey

Effective June 10, 2026, shipping fees for orders to Turkey include applicable duties and taxes, with no additional duties or taxes due upon delivery under this shipping arrangement. Orders placed before that date follow the terms applicable when the order was placed.

South Korea

A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) may be required for customs clearance. Please include it with your order where applicable.

United Kingdom

For certain express shipments, DHL or FedEx may request additional customs or billing information. Please provide any information requested by the carrier where applicable.

Macao & Taiwan

Battery-shipping restrictions limit these destinations to compatible express services. Current rates and free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout.

Products with Special Shipping Requirements

Certain products require Express Shipping when fulfilled internationally from Shenzhen because of product size, battery configuration, carrier requirements, or destination-specific restrictions. When eligible inventory is available at a regional fulfillment location, local or regional delivery may be offered instead.

The shipping method shown at checkout for the selected product variant and destination is the applicable method for that order.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided where tracking is supported by the selected shipping service.

Tracking may take some time to update after the shipping label is created or the package is handed to the carrier.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at cs@rovyvon.com with your order number and tracking number.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to make a change, contact cs@rovyvon.com as soon as possible.

We will try to update the address before dispatch. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, changing or redirecting the shipment may no longer be possible.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout may be the customer's responsibility.

If your shipment appears delayed, first check the latest tracking information. If the shipment has not updated for an extended period or you believe there is a delivery issue, contact us and we will help review the shipment.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, unpaid charges payable by the recipient, or incomplete customs information, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be shipped again.

If the delivery issue results from an error by RovyVon or the carrier, please contact us and we will review the case accordingly.
