COMMISSION & PAYOUT
Simple terms, clear timing.
5% referral commission
We pay 5% of Eligible Net Order Value on qualifying referred orders. Eligible Net Order Value is the merchandise amount actually paid after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties, and adjusted for cancellations, returns, refunds, and chargebacks.
10% for the referred customer
New referred customers receive 10% off their first eligible order. Referral discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes or sitewide promotional pricing.
Payable after delivery
Commission is recorded when the order is attributed to your referral and becomes payable after the order is confirmed delivered. Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, or otherwise ineligible are adjusted or removed.
Monthly payout, $20 minimum
Approved balances of $20 or more are paid monthly. Balances below $20 roll forward until the minimum is reached. Approved balances that reach $100 may be paid before the regular monthly payout.
Major promotions
During major RovyVon promotions, the 10% referral discount may be unavailable because discounts do not stack. Properly attributed qualifying orders may still earn 5% commission unless a product or campaign is specifically excluded.
Post-payout adjustments
If a paid order is later refunded, returned, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related commission may be deducted from a future balance.

REFERRAL FAQ
Referral is customer-led. Creator is a brand collaboration.
Do I need to have purchased a RovyVon product?
Yes. The Customer Referral Program is for people who bought and used RovyVon before applying. If you want us to provide a product for review, apply to the Creator Program instead.
Do I have to create content?
No. There is no required content format or posting schedule. You can share through photos, videos, reviews, social posts, community discussions, or personal recommendations. Whatever you share should reflect your actual experience.
How does commission work?
We pay 5% of Eligible Net Order Value on qualifying referred orders. Commission becomes payable after the order is confirmed delivered. Approved balances of $20 or more are paid monthly; smaller balances roll forward, and approved balances that reach $100 may be paid before the regular monthly payout.
Can I join the Creator Program too?
You can apply if you also create relevant product content. The relationship is different: Referral is based on a product you bought yourself; Creator collaborations are arranged directly with us and may include review units, campaign expectations, or separate compensation terms.
