Hello. I am happy with your A8 flashlight i ordered. But the package i received from you did not contain the buttons for my old A8 of previous generation. So i am disappointed about that. Some one from your company asked if i have photos of unpacking the package, but i don’t. I know its my fault, that i did not unpacked it with a video record, but im not ordering much on the internet, so im not used to it.

Very happy with everything. Great service. I appreciate being sent an email to double check the correct item I needed. It, unfortunately, first got picked up by the spam filter and sent to the spam folder, which I've now sorted for future purchases and comms. Maybe some people who are complaining about not getting their order is because they haven't responded to that yet, idk but I appreciate the company sending that request as it shows they take great care. I have, already, placed a 2nd order for more goodies, after this.
