8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Eligible direct-site return requests should generally be submitted within 14 days after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory return, cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights provided by applicable law.
9. Warranty
Eligible RovyVon products are covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing-related function.
The warranty is separate from return rights and does not replace mandatory statutory consumer protections.
10. Third-Party Purchases
Products purchased through Amazon, authorized dealers, distributors, or other retailers may be subject to that seller’s separate sales, return, and refund terms.
RovyVon manufacturer warranty support may still apply where applicable.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including:
- RovyVon trademarks
- Product names
- Logos
- Product designs
- Text
- Graphics
- Photographs
- Videos
- Manuals
- Website design
- Other original content
is owned by or licensed to RovyVon and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, or used in a misleading manner without authorization.
12. User-Submitted Content
Where you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, suggestions, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.
Any use of customer-created content by RovyVon remains subject to the permissions granted by the customer, the relevant program terms, and applicable law.
