We offer a standard shipping rate of $7.95*, with most orders shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen. If you require expedited delivery, please select our Express service (DHL or FedEx), which is available for $30. Standard shipping typically takes 4-5 weeks for delivery, while Express shipping is estimated to arrive within 5-10 days.

*For orders from the US, if we have the item(s) of your order(s) in stock in our cooperative US warehouse, we will ship your order(s) from the US via USPS; otherwise order(s) will be shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse by default based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.
*Orders from the United Kingdom (UK), if you select EXPEDITED Shipping, please leave us your EORI Number or Billing Address, which is requested by DHL/FedEx.
*Orders from Korea, please include your PCCC in the order notes.
*We will declare the real value of your order for shipments shipped via DHL/FedEX/UPS, please email us if you need a lower value on the customs declaration paper.
*Please note that the prices on the website do not include VAT and other customs duties, you may be subject to customs duties, ESPECIALLY if you are ordering from Europe.
*The S2 series lights (S2 Premium, S2 Elite, and S2i) have to select DHL Express as the shipping method and costs $40 as it comes in a large hard case.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provided with your order is correct. Our warehouse only ships orders to the address you specified. Once an order has been sent to the wrong address, we will not accept any refunds or returns for this reason. You are responsible for any costs incurred or packages lost due to incorrect information provided.
DOMESTIC
Normally SF Express delivers the package in 2-3 days domestically.
The domestic area includes:
1. Mainland (service available soon)
2. Hong Kong
3. Macau (as the flashlight includes battery, SF Express can't ship this kind of packages, we can only ship it via DHL or FedEx, the freight cost is $20.)
4. Taiwan (as SF Express can't ship goods with battery inside to Taiwan, we ship orders with mini-three-links air, delivery time is about 7 days)
INTERNATIONAL
We ship orders to most countries/regions in the world using SF Express International Small Packet (Delivery time is around 4-5 weeks), Postal Service, or DHL/FedEx Express.
In the event of any unexpected issues, we recommend that you conduct your own research on local laws, customs regulations, prohibited items, restrictions, and limited delivery locations associated with your chosen shipping method prior to making a purchase. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from packages that are confiscated by customs in your country or region.
*If an order has been placed and the above shipping methods can't deliver packages to your address, we'll contact you via email for a solution or refund.
NOTE:
1. For some reason, we provide only DHL Express shipping for these countries/regions: India, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, and United Arab Emirates and more.
2. Currently, DHL doesn't provide service for personal packages to Russia, therefore we ship orders to Russia with SF Express only.
3.Orders from Europe may incur customs duties, and product prices on the website are exclusive of taxes.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
You can go to this site to check the route of your package with the tracking number (SF Express) that you can copy it from the order details.
Please note that once your order has been shipped from either our Shenzhen or US warehouse, we are unable to change or modify it. If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays, we recommend that you first contact your local shipping vendor directly to inquire about the delay and the status of your package. Additionally, please send us an email regarding the shipping issue, and we will also reach out to the shipping vendor on our end to assist in resolving the problem. However, as you may understand, we have no control over package delivery once it is in the hands of the shipping vendors.
Warm Tips
1. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Chinese public holidays, orders placed during these periods will be shipped out on Mondays or the first day we came back from the holidays.
2. Delivery time of SF Express and Postal Service is about 4-5 weeks.
3. Expedited delivery time is 7-10 days.
